fitbudd88Part I: Start of the year 2017,I decided to compete at the Ifbb competition in NL. I bulked up from 90kg to 110kg(August). I knew that straight bulking will cause me to gain too much fat, but I went with it. Heaviest ever!!😂😂😂 The result? Fat!
