Reason 2: You can take prepare it the night before, although the fresher, the better and then take half with you to work and half have after you come home or just have it after your workout.
Reason 3: Juicing is great because it’s easy, beneficial and truly benefits your body. You just peel off, cut and juice. When done, you drink and immediately you feel refreshed. Your body does not have to work that hard to digest and it’s processed rather faster than with chewing. So, go on and juice a little.
