We live in a hectic age. We live in an age where busy is the word used every day like there is no tomorrow. We are overloaded with work, constant demands from the environment, our boss, ourselves and our family. The worst of all is, that we lose ourselves in this all and we forget to care about our body, our health and our mind stop being sharp but rather dull from no real engagement.

So here 3 tips that will move your life forward:

  1. Set time each morning (5-10min). The first thing that you do when you open your eyes is just to be grateful for your life.
  2. Decide what you are going to accomplish today, but more importantly, when are you going to finish. Let’s say you want to go home by 17.00 PM.
  3. Jump out of bed and do those 10 push-ups, 10 squats, and 10 burpees and yes, after that get yourself a warm water with a squeezed lemon. Imagine what you can do within a month, your body looks better, your energy is better and you spend more time with your loved one.
